Arik had asked for our Monthly Neighborhood Report. I always deliver the first report since I want to see the house if I haven’t met them before. He and his children were home when I went by and he commented about my taking time to bring the report by personally. The following week, Arik called to interview with me since he was thinking of selling his house.
I explained how I worked and that I wanted to walk through the house with him the first time before I did my detailed report for him. We sat down and talked in depth of his plans and what he wanted to accomplish. He had his house listed before with another agent and it did not sell. He listened carefully to what I presented and felt the timing was the most important thing for when school was out for his children.
We listed the property and in 15 days, we had it sold! And the closing date fit in perfectly with his moving and plans for the summer.
